This is a beginner soldering class, learning some basic skills when it comes to all things soldering with a butane torch (we have more experienced classes for soldering with a oxy torch as well). -flux

you will be working with brass for this workshop, this class is a skill based class it is not a class to finish a piece of jewellery. This class would be perfect as a first step for someone wanting to continue Metalsmithing and soldering from home. Metalsmithing and jewellery making is a tricky thing to learn, but with some guidance and lots of practice it’s totally possible.
ages 18 and up, this class runs for 5 hours. Max of 2 students per class.
