HOME WAX CARVING KIT- carve a ring

This is a jewellers wax carving kit, where you can carve your own ring out of wax. 

Design and make your own dream ring using the wax carving techniques and I will take care of the silver casting and polishing.

What you will find inside:

• Access to my wax carving tutorial video
• Access to an instructional booklet 
• Two ring shaped pieces of wax and the (One is to practice but if you wish to cast it too, it will be an extra $80)
• a wax file, one course end and one finer end
• a buffing stick
• sand paper
• a blade for carving
• paper to sketch your ring design idea
• Little pouch bag and prepaid Australian post envelope to send your finish wax piece to my studio.
• If you need any help with your design or making, I am happy to answer your email or do a video call.

you can only choose sterling silver at the moment sorry.

  -please note, the different colours of wax in the photos don’t matter, they are all jewellers wax and in the studio we experiment with many different brands. The wax you receive in your box will either be dark green or blue, these are the most durable.

What do you get back? 

When your ring is finished, place it in the pouch provided and send it back to me using the prepaid envelope. Please be patient and allow 3/4 weeks to have your pieces posted back to you.

we do all of the tricky parts, we cast your pieces in sterling silver, then we clean it all up and give it a beautiful high polish.
